ASG Superconductors completed the turn insulation of the Dummy DP. The full-scale DP sample was wound using super-dummy conductor and, after joint and termination boxes installation, was submitted to Heat Treatment cycle.

Then, it was moved to the insulation station, developed on purpose, where the turns were opened for the insulation tape application. The turns, once insulated, were placed on the lower reference surface to restore the proper shape and dimensions. For the completion, glass-epoxy fillers and final taping shall be applied.
