The procurement procedure of 4 Radio-Frequency (RF) Loads for the Electron Cyclotron Heating system of the DTT facility has been recently published and it is now ongoing. The scope of the supply is to have fully functional RF Loads, assembled and tested.

The RF Load procurement is for 4 units, each capable to absorb power at 170 GHz for a pulse length of 100 s. The RF loads will be used at the beginning and the end of the transmission line of each cluster, assuring the possibility to test each gyrotron and all the quasi-optical mirrors of the line.
