Giuseppe Mazzitelli, an inspired researcher and a great friend, passed away suddenly few days ago.

For his scientific abilities and for his human skills, in his long career he has been called to serve in roles of great importance at national and international level.

He was in the restricted group of scientists that conceived the DTT Project and among those who, with great enthusiasm, promoted its realization.

DTT community remembers him for his ability to tackle the most complex topics with both lightness and rigor, and for his ability to guide young people to meet the world of research.
