In the article "Can reproducing the power of the sun drive zero-carbon energy?" published on its website, the British newspaper discusses the role of fusion in a decarbonized near future.

The article underlines the role and mission of the DTT in the road map towards the production of electricity and the importance of its industrial collaborations, starting from the presence of ENI in the DTT Consortium.

Interviewed by the newspaper, Francesco Romanelli (President of DTT) and Francesca Ferrazza (ENI Manager and Member of DTT Board of Directors) expressed their conviction that "...combining an industrial approach with the competencies developed by academia and the public sector will be a necessary condition for commercializing this technology".
