The first edition of the European Physical Society (EPS) Forum was held at the Sorbonne University of Paris,  on 2 and 3 June.

The Forum's program included conferences, round tables, and workshops on various topics including new sustainable energies for the future of the earth. There was a lot of participation from researchers, industrial managers and PhD students interested in the new frontiers of physics and technology.

The DTT participated in the “Exhibitors” section with a box equipped with posters and banners describing its most recent activities. The DTT has met with considerable interest from the scientific and industrial world; the reception of the many interested students and scientists was guaranteed for DTT by Lori Gabellieri and Maria Laura Sansovini.
